Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days from receipt of goods. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us in the first instance for us to walk you through the process of returning the item(s).

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this may take up to 14 working days from date of the refund confirmation.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again
then contact your credit/debit card company, as there is often some processing time before a refund is cleared which we cannot control.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace item(s) if they are defective or damaged through the fault of Oxford Beds, otherwise unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges. If you need to exchange it for the same item(s), send us an email at: sales@oxfordbeds.co.uk and we will guide you through the process of returning/exchanging your product(s).

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

Please be aware you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We may withhold or decline to provide a refund for the item(s) if any damage arises from delivery or courier before being received and checked into our returns facility.

All refund and return decisions by Oxford Beds are ​final.​
